OEM. Headlight was taken out in good working condition. There are some rock chips on the headlight lens from everyday driving. Broken alignment tab. NO other damage. You can see it in the pictures. Was a working HID when it was pulled. Photos show exact condition. Please look at photos closely. NO DAMAGE.
