Complete take off. There are a few rock chips and scratches here and there. The lower valance looks to be in good shape with little wear. There is a small gouge in the black plastic just below where the plate would be, it’s pictured. Some light rash on the bottom o the valence as well. 2 broken tabs. Not a perfect bumper. Will require some work and repaint if you want perfect.
