Complete take off. The bumper has scratches and scuffs as shown, the worst being around the license plate and trunk area. There are a few rock chips as well here and there. The lower valance looks to be in good shape with little wear, light scratches and scuffs. The metal trim for the exhaust tips on the passenger side was pulled out and is slightly bent. Could be fixed or will need replaced. Not a perfect bumper. Will require some work and repaint if you want perfect.
