Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If your part doesn’t fit or arrives in unexpected condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be in original condition (uninstalled and unmodified).

  • Must include original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • Returns must use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply for customer error returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical/ECU modules

  • Special order or “as-is” items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for a replacement or full refund.

Select items ship internationally. Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we work directly with carriers to resolve or replace your order.
